WARLORDS: NO Mods or Warlord Scenarios

My problem is I cannot play Warlord Scenarios or mods, when the game tries to reload.. I am left staring at my desktop and never loads.

I will say I have already tried clearing cache as well as erasing what was in my custom assets and still didn't work.

I created a shortcut with "....\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Warlords\Civ4Warlords.exe" mod=\GeneticEra_V0.31 to get around that. Just subsitute your mod name for "GeneticEra_V0.31 ".

I also have this problem I can not load any warloard scenarios.
I looked in the mods file civIV/warloards/mods/ all they don't have anything in the files python xml ect.
also I had a mod there I was working on that just disapeard!
is there any way to download these mods seperatly?
