I just picked up Civ4 Warlords - imagine my dismay when the bugger crashed right out of the gate! 
The Warlord Scenarios all work fine, but any type of custom game crashes with the message "Failed to allocate video memory... NiVDXRenderedTextureData.cpp"
I tried this for about an hour last night. Each of the scenarios works, but no form of generated game will. Any ideas? Best Buy says they won't take it back because it's open.
