Warlords - Where are the new civs?

I just picked up my copy of Warlords and loaded it. I see some new features like a new type of world, e.g., fractal, but I don't see the new civs, e.g., the Celts. What's up with this?

Fractal map type was introduced already in patch 1.61. Make sure you've installed the game correctly and run the correct file. Perhaps you've used your regular civ4 icon to start it, but Warlords is started by another one?

(dont have warlords yet, just guessing here)
