Way too Early Strategy Plans?

Choosing what to build first isn't the same as a "starting strategy" - it's just a single choice in the starting strategy. That choice won't even get you through turn 1 (assuming you settle), since you have to choose which tech and civic to research, too. And at some point soon you'll have to choose some government policies, choose what tiles to work (focusing on growth or production), etc., etc.
