hey, ive been playing civ since around 98, when i got civ 2, and i havent stopped since. when civ 3 came out, it took over my second semester in school that year, and civ 4 did the same for my senior year in high school, and now that im going to college later in the month, its probably going to get worse.

Hi Folks!

I'm Rob and I've been a long-time Civ player (Civ II, III and IV) of average ability. Usually play Civ IV on Noble level.

I've visited this site several times before but decided I'd join so I can have a go at the Games of the Month and pit my wits against the best. I'm not in their league though - some of those guys get six-figure scores! How the Hell....?

Let's see how they do it and if I can learn some tricks.

Hello friends, I just bought civ 4 and I would like to change some characteristics of the terrains; for example, I want to make mountain accessible by units, roads and railroads and producing 1 (instead of 0) and giving +50% to defence. Could you tell me how could I do it?

Hows it going everyone? Been playing Civ4 for a while now (just got Warlords) and it's slowly turning to an addiction . I normally play as FDR, Capac, or Bismarck (before Warlords I played a lot as Frederick) and just started to play on the Prince level. This looks like a great forum!

I'm a newbie just starting to play Civ IV properly for the first time... I'm amazed at the modability of this game!!! Its awesome and thanks for the hard work ppl are putting into it for the benefit of ppl's pleasure!
