So the true question is:

Can the flagdecal-teamcolour be switched to transparency-alpha as can be done for teamcolour in units?

Hasn't been tried yet but I doubt it'll work without altering the nif(for the flag) - meaning tc would get removed for everyone.

and about flag non of tho link's working and there is civ's w/o flag

the links were broken because someone hacked into the database and deleted everything. unfortunately i no longer have any of these flags on my machine because they wernt used in the main mod
