Leaders for all the ancient era civs

It's hard to understand why the game did not launch with leaders for each of the ancient era civs. No Alexander the Great or Pericles? No Hannibal or Dido? I get making money off of future DLC's that would have alternate leaders for that era so you could focus on either a scientific, cultural or expansionist Greece or Rome. I really prefer to play historical situations so hopefully an "Ancient Empires" DLC will be out soon.

In the case of the Mississippians and potential future Antiquity civs there just aren’t many well attested people to use as leaders. That said, I’d really like to see Alexander and a few more ancient heavy hitters.

How is it hard to understand?

They've been crystal clear that the design philosophy for leaders is not linking leaders to specific civs.

You can not like it, but I'm genuinely puzzled at how you were expecting all civs to launch with leaders, when they've quite literally never even slightly implied that was going to be the case.

And if you're expecting an "Ancient Empires" DLC with leaders for every ancient civ, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

We'll surely get other ancient leaders, but not like that.
