Grail Knights are easilly as good as chosen nights, they have a lower toughness but a higher streigth on the first round because of there lances, they move faster and they have the blessing of the lady giving extra protection, they also have the lance formation, and are immune to phycology.
if anything they are superior to chosen knights. they are discribed in the vampire counts book as being a challange to fight agains a blood dragon vampire!!!!
 
Any tech needed after Nature Lore is gonna be added in the Forest Spirits slot.

I don't like the sexism, and even if that wasn't the case they're not worthy of their own civ. It's like having a sexist Monaco as a civ.
 
I don't mind at all having amazons in the mod. But I would mind if they had something as stupid as a slave-chariot (actually pulled by slave men). That is like a bad episode of Xena. Or a crappy porn movie. No thanks...
 
It shouldn't take too long. I need to go through the bug-list and solve what I can from those. I should add a couple of units more. I need to go through the pedia and change the text of every magician, and also every unit that can see invisible. I need to decide what format the download should be in, and how to make that work. zip? rar? executable rar?
How to make sure I don't forget three million files?
I will also change Ind, remove Arabyan Tradition, and give them their own tech and wonder instead.
And I feel that I really have to add Grandraem's Grimgor.

I would be surprised if all that took longer than a couple of weeks, but I don't like promises. Depending on some other people too, of course. ;)
 
Hello. I think you mentioned A Civapedia update? Will this include a Text update for the unit discriptions. I think its intresting knowing all about the varius units techs, wonders and improvments. I wish to get more involved in the story of Warhammer. this way I would enjoy the mod even more.

Or Does anyone knows of any good War Hammer websites that I could research for myself and even submit some pedia text discripts for you guys to read .If you think their any good, you can plug them in a future patch so others can immerse themselves a lil more while enjoying the amazing visual artwork and gameplay

@LMR!: I feel that a trial version would probably be more problem than it's worth... I'll think about it, but I can probably send it to aaglo and my gf, that should suffice for testing (it's mostly to check that I included all files and stuff, as I add all units to a test scenario).

@TA: thanks for the offer, I won't promise to add anything, though... :)

@Stormy: Yes, compression will be important, as we'll add the 100 MBs from 2.11 too. Hopefully we'll keep it to 150-200 MB compressed...

EDIT: LMR!, I could make a executable rar too, but then I don't know if it would be available to the Mac crowd...
 
There's been some complaints about it. And, there was something ED talked about that was bad. As you can guess I've forgotten what that was...
However, maybe I have to use it. If nothing else, I have to install it so I can get to look at what files are included in the 2.11 exe...
Mr. Do, prepare to be badgered with questions about it... ;)
 
Okay. I have a preference for zips or rars anyway, cos then at least you can open the files and take a look inside without having to install the entire thing...
 
Guys, I have some bad news.... I just can't seem to get the Skaven jezzail team to look right, so i won't be making them. :( I'm sorry to dissapoint. Also, I got to do my income tax BS paperwork before Apr 17, so I'm not going to be too active in the next two weeks.....
 
Hehe... I somehow thought that this must be a good dream, in which I don't have to concern about making that warplock jezzail :) - well, who's next trying to make it?
