Do you think it is plausible to have an Old World kinda thing except for the Chaos civs?

have the Temples of Khorne, Tzeench, Slaanesh and Nurgle like the Knightly Orders, available to be built by the HoC, BoC, Chaos Dwarves, and maybe even Norsca, Dark Elves or the Skaven if you want more races available to build them

of course, someone would have to build the last Greater Daemon, the Lord of Change...:mischief:
 
Having wonders available for BoC and HoC is very easy, as they have the same starting tech. Having the same available for those others is harder, as they have diffferent starting techs...
And it's all about the starting techs...
Well, I suppose we could have one of them available to all chaotic civs (the govt), is it better that it's available to Norsca (which isn't chaotic, btw, so that would have to change...) but at the same time it's available to the orcs...:hmm:

Maybe this could be done for the Keeper of Secrets? And put the wonder in a tech that's already available for all....if I can find a good one.

The civs that could build it would then be, IIRC, Beasts of Chaos, Hordes of Chaos, Skaven, dark elves and the Chaos Dwarves. And as the dark elves have the Cult of Slaanesh this all sounds possible. Hm, maybe even call the wonder Cult of Slaanesh, how about that? :)
Having the skaven getting it isn't very plausible, maybe, but I don't think it's more improbable than if Estalia gets the Brotherhood of the Bear.
 
"Cult of Pleasure" is the best name for the wonder. Will the KoS be the only Greater Daemon requiring a temple?
 
I agree with Mr. Do, "Cult of Pleasure" sounds perfect, also can we have all the greater deamons like this? then we could have chaos dragons and shaggoths as the dragon type units?

OK, I can live with Cult of Pleasure. :)
As it is now it would probably be the only spawned demon, as the khorne and Nurgle ones are buildable by HoC, and the Lord of Change isn't made.

After looking over the tech tree, we could have it either at a new tech after Black Arts, or at Domination.
 
I think there should be more than one temple.

the Old Worlders have a chance to build four Knightly Orders, so i reckon the Chaos civs should have at least two.

let HoC keep the Khorne daemon, but make a Temple of Nurgle (or a Cult of Pestilence, or whatever...) and have it produce a Great Unclean One every so often
 
What should HoC get instead then? Nothing, just remove the great unclean one?
And where to put the wonder in the tech tree? It can't be at Planar Travel, which was one of my first thoughts, as that is a Chaos only tech.
 
i dont think the HoC should be able to build it anyway. they can already built one great daemon, and greater daemons are not commonplace in chaos armies.

i understand that the khorne daemon is to replace the dragon, but to have two buildable chaos greater daemons is too much IMHO

or, keep the unclean one buildable by the HoC, and only available to the other chaos races through the wonder
 
Spawn, build, spawn!

I`m pretty sure mrtn can persuade his good friend aaglo to make the Lord of Change and a Spawn of Chaos for this mod :)

That way we can have 4 temples like the Old world has 4 orders and a unit to replace the Great Unclean One and the Bloodthirster :)

I think that 4 wonders producing dragon-strength units would be too strong, especially in the hands of the human player.

BTW, some basic maths say that if a knightly order produces a knight worth 80 shields every 6th turn, then, if you compare that with a 320 shield Unclean One (if the Keeper gets those stats), it should spawn a unit every 24th turn.
