What about using cheat mode?

Is there a cheat mode so you could play opposing sides and place units? If the save game file can be loaded into the editor, that might take care of the unit/city placement problem.

Though I'm extremely dissapointed in the poor editing capabilities, I have to admit the game is great. I'm torn and distressed. Take the game back and wait for Empire Earth or keep it and enjoy what it DOES have.

Theres no cheat mode...

Im not saying im mad at the game for not having a scenario editor, Im just saying werent well all lead to believe we were gonna have 1?...
