What am I doing wrong?

Would I have to post screenshots or could I just upload the save? Attaching images is such a hassle.

If you want others to invest their time in helping and teaching you than you imo. shouldn't make it more difficult for them but gladly invest a little effort and this also works in your favour because more people comment on screens than people open saves.

Attaching screens btw. is really no "hassle" , it's done in maybe 1-2 minutes of time. If you need an image-hoster, Imgur is the best one according towards others and Photobucket is ok atm. aswell again.

I decided to post in the other forum. No replies yet, and it took me a few tries to figure out which 'link' to use on imgur to make the images show up as pictures.

And like I said in that thread, I seem to have gotten a shockingly good starting location. Its so good, that putting my city where my settler started wouldn't be too bad of an idea. I'm not saying its optimal, I'm just saying that you would still have a pretty good city if you did that.
