For all buildings. Harbour, Industrial Zone and Econo zone, where can I see the bonuses AFTER I have put the zone down?

How can I tell if adding another zone next to it will help the other zone?

As far as I'm aware, there isn't a good way to see this. The only way I'm (somewhat) aware of is to mouse-over the district after it's been completed. The value is the total of all it's yields, not just the adjacency bonuses, though. So, if you have 6 envoys at 3 commerce CSs, all your commerce zones will have +6 gold, in addition to their adjacency bonuses and any other modifiers like social policies.

Showing how the new district affects other districts would be useful not just for yields, but for appeal as well. Dropping appeal has obvious effects considering neighborhoods but it could also affect the placement (or non-placement) of a national park. Furthermore -- what happens if your place a national park, then build an industrial zone next to it and when of the tiles drops below "charming" appeal?

Tested before last patch, I doubt it has changed. Appeal drops tested with forest chopping (sorry teddy)
For both seaside resorts and national parks they stay, just become more like a butlins seaside resort... A little bit on the shabby side... In essence appeal drops, but there is always tourists fooled by the brochures

You can't say there's no realism when it comes to this, though.

I know the adjacency when I set the districts down on a plot. I see those. I'd like to see them as a hover over them with a mouse at various places on the map.

For instance if I was Germany and put down a Hanse that originally was +3 (to production?) due to hills and then later I dropped my economy/banking district adjacent to it, I would assume the Hanse goes up to +5. Unfortunately this information is not shown and you have to go into city details and look under the districts.

Now what does adjacency do for a harbor? Industrial adjacency give + to production, and Economy/Banking districts each adjacency gives a + to gold production per turn.

Culture districts adjacency give + to culture per turn.

What do Harbor adjacency give the host city or empire for that matter?

Gold!, they are a form of commercial district. If I have a small empire I like it on the coast... Cogs to trade routes too and if you get good adjacency the shipyard and double adjacency makes them blinding - the harbour produces cogs for each adjacency
Also the CD get +1 gold next to a harbour

So a harbour next to 2 fish a city centre and a CD with a shipyard and a double harbor adjacency will give +6 gold + 6 production with an extra +1 gold for the CD

Not to mention the Harbour buildings also give food, gold and housing, and if the city is inland, allows it to build ships. As a minor aside, Space Race unlocks a policy that grants 15% more production to Space Projects if the city has a Military Academy or Seaport.

Overall, a very appealing district.
