First: 2x 2gb DDR2-800, Geforce 8800GT SLI
Second: 2x 1gb DDR2-800, Geforce 8800GTS (G92)

The second one doesn't have SLI, you have to buy a SLI capable motherboard and another 8800GTS

The SLI-based mobo:

The GTS based mobo:

FWIW, the Coolermaster case is a nice case.

As said, the GTS mobo only has 1x PCI-E 16x, so no SLI possibilities there. Main mobo difference is the Coolermaster one has a better onboard video (not exactly a selling point if you're getting a video card in the deal).

For The Win, build your own! Undoubtably, these companies save money by using cheaper parts when they give minimal specifications of the parts like the hard drive, the ram, etc... Also, Caveat Emptor, check what their support is like on the internet, and not just within their own corporate forums. You might learn a lot of the truth from anectodal complaints (though that can be skewed due to newbs with ignorant complaints).
