What are your 3 favorite bands?

Just curious as to what we all listen to, maybe not our favorites, but what we like most right now. I like Dave Matthews Band, Sarah McLachlan, and Marilyn Manson... Well, that's what is in my cd player most often lately...

IMO Wildflowers is the greatest album of all time...

Hey floppa, did you check out the Dave Matthews Band when they were here a few weeks ago?

I think they had a similar thread on this subject, somewhere.

Anyway, most of the music I like is not in English.

I've been listening to Enya lately, and the Afro Celt Sound System, Loreena McKinnott(sp?), and Clannad. Also, Ali Farka Toure, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Miriam Makeba, and Johnny Clegg & Savuka.

Yes, most of what I listen to is off the beaten path, But, hey, I'M off the beaten path.

I like Enya and Clannad too, at least when Enya was with them still... Afro Celt Sound System... I think i heard a song by them with Peter Gabriel? I have never seen DMB live... I'd like to but no big if I don't... I don't go to a whole lot of concerts. If I had to pick, I would want to see DMB or Weird AL Yankovic live. Sarah Brightman would be cool to see live, she was here at the Magnus Arena a few months ago...

Also good are Tom Petty, and, of course, the Beatles.

Edit: Wait.....that song "Crawling" for some reason I like that one....and I think it's Metal. Not as heavy as some stuff I've heard......so I'll call it Dense Metal.

I liked Bizkit's 1st album, after that the mood seemed to change... Like NIN, went from woe is me poor little me to I hate God to whatever it is now... Korn is good... I agree that no country is good country, unless it's "my girl" Faith Hill...

Factory 81...they remind me kind of like Tool with some hip hop influence. I haven't really heard their recorded stuff, just saw em live once when they were opening for Mudvayne.

The only music (I've listened it dell-of-a-much, btw) I've ever liked was finnish
'Raptori'. I listened the music they produced 10 years ago. Now they are just
typical capitalized hiphop -band whit only one motive: money. Theyre music sucks nowadays.
