What are your 3 favorite bands?

Alan Parson's Project...one or 2 good tunes (I love "I, Robot") but most of the songs are pure cheese! And their output of quality is pretty small...

I dunno, I just like them. How come no one mentions Dire Straits? They're great!

Hey Gman, I'm 26 but one of my fave albums from the 80's was Brothers in Arms... (spelling?) I liked a bunch of the songs on that one... Wow, I just realizembered something I think, wasn't that Walk of Life song on there?

 • Dream Theater
 • The Gathering
 • Marillion

And a lot more, but these are my favourite bands.

By the way, I'm actually quite a music fan! I almost always listen to music whenever possible. For every mood there's an album.
Happy: Muse - Origin of Symmetry.
Sad: Marillion - Brave.
Angry: Korn - Follow the Leader.
Jumpy: Limp Bizkit - Significant Other.
Romantic: Marillion - Seasons End.
Awake: Dream Theater - (Guess what...) Awake.
Ill: Marillion - Afraid of Sunlight.

But there are many more possibilities...

Can anyone tell what mood goes with Pink Floyd?

"Cheese"? Have you heard "Turn of a Friendly Card"? How about "Some Other Time"? I judge a band by how much of a CD (or 2 or 3) I can fill up with their greatest hits and Alan Parsons can easily fill a 74 minute CD, can't say that about very many bands.

...can't you beserk? what a shame! It must suck being you!

hehe

Anyway, if it makes you feel better, look at the first 3 bands in each list.
