What Castle is this?

I want to know what castle this is, I have no idea what it is called, and I asked the person who was using the picture but they don't remember either.

At first I thought it is Mont Saint-Michel, but I'm not sure....?

Is it really a castle?
Looks more like a hill with a church, and a med/adriatic old town bellow.

Also, is that a river?

Castle, fortress, fortified location, whatever. I still want the name.

I don't know what kind of body of water that is, but it is water.

If you look closley, there is a large wall a little under half-way down, and a few walls near the building on top of that hill.

EDIT: Someone on another forum recognized it, it's Sisteron in France.
