So, now we know all the new civilizations.

But what missing civilizations should have made it to the final 34 ones?

Canada!! lol lol lol

Vietnam or Siam/Thailand were the only ones that should have been in BTS.

However some of those are good for a third expansion pack, if one were to be made.

Sorry for that, but what the difference among Native Americans/Sioux/Iroquois?

Other - None.

"Australian Aboriginals"- not insulting, but let's pick civs that had at least metal tools!

I said the Iroquois, Poland, and the Hittites. I also clicked other, because I could have about a thousand ideas for write in votes (I'd also consider even more of those civs listed, I wanted to keep it limited). I'll give my write-in votes to Assyria and Venice.

EDIT: Gran Colombia/Venuzuela isn't a bad suggestion either :)

I am extremely upset at Firaxis' continued refusal to add the following important civs: Liechtenstein, Vatican City, Barbados, Scientist in Antarctica, Disputed Territory, Sealand, the Weimar Republic, the German Confederation, the Third Reich, West Germany, East Germany, the Unholy Roman Empire, Prussia, Deutschland and the Free City of Danzig.

And yet the HRE makes it in ;)

Not to mention Germania, Eastern Francia and the Teutonic Kingdom! It is an outrage!

Israel is the civ I'd most like to see, but Vietnam, Polynesia and Gran Colombia would both also be great. An Aboriginal civ would be a lot of fun too, I reckon.

I'm actually mostly happy with the 34 they have in the game, though if I had the power I wouldn't have added HRE and probably another European civ. So I voted for Polynesia and Indonesia as their replacements.

Of course I'd also call the Vikings the Scandinavians. I'd consider replacing the Native Americans with a specific group, though I'm not really unhappy with Native Americans being aglomerated.

Actually, now that I think about it, I also would have put Greater Zimbabwe in instead of the Zulu.
