What does the numbers mean at the bottom right hand corner of the screen?

OK, I am playing as the Aztecs (Despotism) and I am wondering what the 3 numbers mean beside the word despotism. It currently shows 4,5,1.

What does it mean? I can't figure it out and if someone can help me, I will be delighted!

Those numbers represent your sliders. Gold, Research, Luxury.

4.5.1 represents 40% commerce (savings), 50% research, and 10% entertaiment.

You are only saving 40% of your income, as you are spending 50% of it on research and 10% of it on entertainment.
