What Happens to Your Pantheon If Your City is Converted?

Germany just converted all of my cities to Protestantism and the pantheon lightning bolt disappeared. Is my pantheon (fertility rights) no longer applicable in the converted cities?

You lose it. Unless you found a religion and convert your cities back to your religion, your pantheon is gone.
