what is a 'victorious' army?

What are the conditions of a 'victorious' army? you can tell that im going for the military academy. And a 'victorious' army is a condition. right now it is a stack of 3 riders, two are elite and one is veteran.
Another question is: does the army move as fast as the slowest unit? meaning if you have a 2 rider, and pikeman army, will the army move at the pikeman's speed?

Sorry if you know this. An army is a special unit. It works like a transport in that you can "add" units to it. (But not remove them)

The only way to get an army is to get a great leader unit. Then move it into a city. In the city it will have two options
1. Build Army.
2. Hurry Improvement.

If you choose option 1 it will become an empty army. Put one or more (I suggest more) unit into it. These units now move as one. Go out an kill something with it. You now have a "victorious" army.
