I got to gloat at all my Massachusette friends after the election (I'm one of the few conservatives in the land of John Kerry and Ted Kennedy), but it seems so...hollow now.

I consider myself a Reaganist, for the most part, and it astounds me that what, sixteen or seventeen years since he left office, the Republican Party hardly resmebles the one he took to power.

I'm not even sure how many CONSERVATIVE Republicans might even run for the Oval Office...not many, that's for sure.

Depends on the definition of "win". Some of them has been in ruling coalitions.

Well so far the republic party has 143 votes while the democrats have 443 votes. (its ok only 25% was been counted)
