I've seen the name all over the forums...
I have no idea what it means. I've seen it in game screenshots, as well. I know perfectly well what Carthage is, and the prefix should mean 'new.' But I don't get it...
The only guess I have: NeoCarthage is the version of Carthage added to non-PTW games for GOTM purposes. Am I even close?
