Revision 1093 on sourceforge is the latest. But iirc it was corrupted for me and others, so maybe should get it from somewhere else.

Yes, I think it is from SVN, but I am not sure from when.

Chronicles of mankind is kind of the follow-on from rise of mankind which is in active development.. Worth checking out if you haven't already.
Is there somewhere you can see which version you have? I have downloaded two versions, one somewhat larger. They have quite different tech trees. Is there one thing you can suggest to identify the latest? e.g. a latest update change to check? Incidentally, the "smartmap" on "custom" is good but there are no forests or jungle even if I specify "normal forest/light jungle" (bug?)

It's 100% fixed if you use Standard option for features, otherwise it can be broken by features having net neutral or negative yield (they are treated as erroneous and removed). Do you use one that comes with mod or one from my modmod? I'm pretty sure I fixed forests, my version has 106 in it's name. If you have all terrain as grass without picking an option for that, your python can be broken, that would also explain missing features.
