[BNW] What is the upload size limit...

What is the upload size limit for a Civ 5 Scenario/mod? I thought is was 50 MB but my 48 MB scenario will is not accepted.

Perhaps I am doing it wrong... I have tried uploading it as a Resource. Is that correct? Or is there another mechanism.
