What should i do?

I am playing as persia and (about 200 years) i wiped out zuland...And took over all of their city's (thanks to those immortals)

At the end of the war Babylon Declared war on me.
I took two of their city's and then they BEGGED for a peace treaty.

Anyway i am really pissed at them, should i eliminate them?

it depends... if you definitely OVERWHELM them, obliterate their a$$es. or if they pose a significant threat, maybe demand 3 or 4 cities for peace. that should keep them down for a while. (also, depends onm what rules ur playin.)

I have about as many immortals as they have overall units...i think i will just remove them from the game

Demand cities for the peace treaty if you can. Free cities, with no loss to your units is always good. If that civ doesn't have contact with anyone else then it's really fun.... If you can take all of their cities by demanding them, then sign a ROP and destroy the capital. As long as that civ hasn't met anyone else, your reputation is intact.
