Very good point and this is why I would like to finsih this game and start an mp game. This way we would be the first forum to finish a democracy game and beat Apolyton

Yeah, hehe. beat Apolyton. I like that. And IMHO we should not speed up the game to 30 turns/4 days just for the sake of it, like Corn suggested. Instead we should find a way to make it run good. If some people want to leave they free to do so, but I for one would like to finnish it in a useful way.

This is exactly what I thought when I saw this thread. If we start new games they should be called "Short Attention-Span Game" rather than "Democracy Game". But seriously, I think some of the people calling for new games are doing so because they want to have control and run things the way they like rather than having everything decided democratically, and some of the others are just only interested in the new. Either way I doubt they will get what they want by starting new games.
