Sultan Bhargash
Trickster Reincarnated
Allright gang, I have finally edited a scenario (which I will not post because it is juvenile and because of the following issues
and I still see that the editor needs to be able to do a few more things before we can applaud it. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THESE THINGS ALREADY PLEASE POST HERE - you get to put me to shame and educate the masses...
1. The editor needs to be able to create scenarios where you have a choice between different players. It doesnt seem to me that you can set starting techs and cash for the individual civs and still begin the game with your choice of civs.
2. The editor needs to be able to reveal the whole map to some or all players - I tried to play the new WW79 mod and found that America had never seen or met Europe, Russia, etc.
3. The city properties needs to give you a place to decide what that city will be building at the start of the game. Again, in WW79 all of the cities start out building warriors.
4. The editor needs to be able to start off in a state of war, or with trade agreements, etc. etc. all in place.
5. I thought you used to be able to remove all goody huts, but last time I had to go around and do it one at a time.
What else would you all like the editor to do? Remembering tile improvement configurations and being able to copy city improvements would be more good things.
