What to do with all these great admirals

in my current domination game with the Dutch, I am spawning GGs and GAs at an insane rate (and buying some with faith). However, the Admirls feel useless, and are impeding my ability to spawn Generals.
Anyone know what to do with them?

Tought they were on separate naval vs land combat xp meters. I never really looked though. Does spawning a GA or GG increas the xp count for both meters? Or just the one for the type you spawned?

Can you gift them to CS?

You can if you play with Sweden. A nice part of the UA if you're warmongering (in the Renaissance, after you spent the first part of the game making DoF with everybody)

Use the GA's to heal your ships when in desparate situations.

They are on separate counters.

Disband a great admiral or take few of them with ur main naval fleet and start assaulting alot of coastal cities in a hurry and popping the great admirals to heal ur fleet up as they take damage.

If you gotta get rid of them.... have them go out in style xD
