What unit would you like from AoK? 21th April.

I'm going to be doing two polls, this poll is for AoK and the other one I'm doing is for AoE.

In this poll we have a Bombard Cannon, a Camel and a Cavalier.

Vote for the one you would like and I'll post it today(Sunday about 8-9BST).

jimmyh, im a real AoK fan, but i like civ3 more. i think a camel would be really cool in civ. maybe egyptian SU? replaces horseman... maybe more defense, more rounded unit. ADM 2/2/2

Ok, let's be realistic here....

Ummm...

Camel would be good. Reason: we already have enough horses, it's easy to mod those slightly. Whereas a camel is priceless. Persian UU I think..

I think Camel is best! This unit can be Persian, Egypt, Babylon or Roman Unique! Cool Idea!

Hmmh... like I sad in the elephant-archer-tread: Please, Jimmyh, make the shadow more like the shadows of other Civ3 units are. IMHO the shadow now is much to dark and to heavy.

Grand Poobah, do your research. The mameluke was a Christian camel rider captured and used as a slave. They were talented warriors. Horses shied away from camels since they smelled horrible, and so the Crusaders were at a serious disadvantage vs. the Muslim riders.
