What's a good book about...

I've been reading a lot of history lately, and I was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations of books on the Protestant Reformation, Martin Luther, or anything else related to 1500-1700 religion in Europe.

Name of the Rose is pretty good though it might be a little earlier then when you say but its about the Inquisition so its fun. I would aslo say look up the general era of Henry VIII or Elizabeth. Give you atleast the English version of the reformation.

I don't know any specific titles, but if you can find books on Alexander Mack, the founder of the Brethren faith, that should be interesting. He was a German and was disgusted with the rampant violence condoned in his country and in Europe, and he sought a more simple, peaceful life and faith.
This was around 1700, and was a contribution to the PR.
