What's with my orig acct?

In my orig acct it says:
You may not post new threads
You may not post replies
You may not post attachments
You may not edit your posts

What's with that? I have kept up my email addr for these several years, and always confirmed it. There is nothing in my acct saying the prob, or anywhere to validate my email. A week ago, when I was logged in, I filled out a "contact us" form, telling of my quandary. I have received no contact nor support from this contact form. Can we fix this (my acct)? Or do I have to use my new acct to post now? I need help with a Civ5 mod I am attempting.

Unfortunately the contact form seems to be broken along with email here currently - so admins will have to look into this manually. I have reported your post for admins to deal with it - they should be in contact soon.
