What's Your Favorite Way to Win?

I vote Space Race. I can usually keep up or stay a little head technology wise but for some reason I can never win by military force. I always get to a stalemate with one or more countries. I can NEVER win by UN vote because I'm never overly nice to the computer and go to war too much. I don't like culture win so I never play it.

I've just won that game I mentioned earlier in this thread. I was the Romans on the Roman Empire map. I attained 100K culture vic in 1545 AD, having gained control of most of Europe & eliminated all but one of my rivals. (Now I remember--my diplo game was over at 510 AD, my space game at 930 AD.)

3 vics down, 3 to go (if you count retirement vic).

Completely conquering the AI is something I do when I return to a game that hasn't been played in a month. I need a big break from the boredom of conquest to be able to finish it.

A long time ago I used to keep domination off because it occasionally triggered when I didn't want it to. However I know now that was a huge mistake because I had to force myself to finish several games......
