Wheel Units (quick question)

If I build one in a city surrounded by jungle can I attack units directly outside? I'm wondering since I got screwed by the random civ and given the Hittites who are probably my least favorite civ. I'd much rather have horsemen than this @#$E#ing wheeled unit.

Anyways, does anyone know if wheeled units can attack a unit in a certain area even if they can't move onto that square?

I guess you can attack if there are more than one unit in that tile. But You can't attack if there is only one unit.

No, you won't be able to move on to that tile so you won't be able to attack either. Just get some Workers building roads in the Jungle so you can use them.

No, they can't attack the unit, unless if it's bombard. Go road/clear the jungle.
