Where are my scenarios Custom Scenarios!

I got Warlords, I installed it, I started trying to play a game, went to "Start Single Player Game" and then . . . boom. My menu has two options greyed out, my favorite two options. Play scenario and Play Custome Scenario. This is a big glitch I'm thinkng. Can anyone from firaxis or play testing tell me how to get my stuff back?

Er, Civ IV scenarios aren't "ported" over, so to speak. You gotta do it manually.

How you do port it over manually? I went to program files and tried, but failed.

I don't know. :/

However, custom scenarios like, say, the Revolutionary War that comes with the original game, you can't play those in Warlords. Only in the original.

change file extension to ".CivWarlordsWBSave" and they seem to work just fine.

to upstart, first, thanks. second, where do i add that to the file name (i'm new to windows). third, what about maps? i like to play on earth maps and want to port it over to the warlords.

sorry but i get asked alot of questions like that so heres my standard answer...google it: "changing file extensions" that should hook you up with a better tutorial than i could manage.

and the whole answer is...you have to copy the maps from the "My Documents\My Games\Civilization 4\PublicMaps" directory to the "My Documents\My Games\Warlords\PublicMaps" directory. Then change the file extension of these map files to ".CivWarlordsWBSave"

I did this and my earth maps are working fine.
