Where does BtS & Warlords go?

I recently reinstalled CIV 4 using the WIN7 work around, but everything isn't in its proper place. Altho BtS is installed, I don't see it when I start CIV. Should it be a subfolder on Mods?

The BTS folder should be a subfolder in the main CIV game folder. The BTS exe or main game application should be in that BTS folder.

Also, BtS and Warlords are launched via their own shortcuts not the original Civ one. If you don't have shortcuts for them you can create them. Or you can run them by just double-clicking their .exe files (which you have to find to make the shortcuts anyway).
