Where in the world is Fredrick?

I was playing on Rhye's 18 civ earth map as Julius Caesar. I declared war on Frederick and took his last city (or atleast I thought I did). Frederick wasn't destroyed so I assumed he had a city I didn't know about until I started trading map and couldn't find him anywhere. I even went to the WB with no luck.

Catherine has just declared war on poor Frederick so can you help me find Frederick before Catherine does? ( Well I can't upload the save game file since it's over 500 kb )

hes probably stuck on a single tile island, if that so, u need amphobious assult to get them

Or he has a settler somewhere (in a galley for example), looking for space to settle....

That what Fred did. It was tough to spot him because he was white just a little darker than England also his city was in the snow in northern Russia. Catherine finally finished him off. After the game was over I saw where Fred place his settlers about 5 turns later after I took his last city. so he did build a settler while I was taking his cities. So it wasn't a bug after all.

Russians evacuated same way to 1-tile islands in my Terra game and I couldn't pursue them because I hadn't open borders with Japan and they did

Though, with 5 turns to launching my spaceship Russians reached -20 gold treasury while right after ancient times war they had -60

P.S: Try zipping your save game or split it into 500Kb volumes. Even if all attachments size mustn't exceed 500Kb, just make two posts with these volumes.
