An analysis of the initial material it seemed that among the first civek will have Poland (waiting for the best heavy cavalry of the world) and dual leaders (Gorgo, Isabel) . Now I wonder whether there will in 1 big DLC or maybe earlier?

Hard to say. Their PR person on Facebook said they have a few surprises yet before launch.

They also said though, there will be no more than 19 civs at launch or something like that. (precise source, someone? :p )

There's clearly going to be a few Scenario based maps released at some point, which may include Alternate leaders that can crossover into the main game.

The picture had 22 leaders. Pre-release info confirmed 18 civs for launch. They've released all 18 civs plus the Aztecs. Gorgo is in the civilopedia with the other 19 leaders.

Therefore the other two (Jadwiga and Isabella) aren't release material.

So to sum up:
1. Gorog should appear at any moment (confirmed civped) but, unfortunately, probably only the scenario :(.
2. Isabel of Castile later, probably in the same form what Gorgo.
3. Poland and Jadwiga later.

Looking information found on offer Civlization version 6 Digital Deluxe in which we are shortly after the release we have 4 DLC.

4 DLC and only 3 clues.

So this time Firaxis fooled our vigilance and something to surprise us if a picture were 22 figures and we have 18 stand and Aztecs and Gorgo and Jadwiga =21 it can still 1 new civ.

But here I think we have 0 information.

or maybe they are secretly the best civs in the game, and they are saving the best for last to explode the hype bar :)

I highly doubt they put effort in another greek (This is Sparta... I know :p) leader and not make him available for standard play.
Isabella and Jadwiga will be DLC. I hope very much they won't make each and every new leader a separate DLC though .

Maybe Poland will be a hidden civ
Nah. The 4 DLC that come with deluxe edition will be maps, scenarios, civs and leaders. Not sure when those are coming out exactly (probably spread over the rest of the year, maybe into next year), but they are already planned.

The way it looks it will sadly probably be a map pack, a scenario pack, Poland (with a scenario?) and Isabella. There is hope for more, but given how awful the Civ 5 dlc was, I'm expecting a lot of nickel and dime for little product.

We are not even supposed to know about their existence yet;)

Yes I think Gorgo will be revealed next as we have seen her in the civiliopedia.

Yes, I guess there will be 1 DLC with Isabella, 1 with Poland and 2 DLC with rather (for my opinion) useless stuff like scenarios or maps.

Gorgo will probably be in vanilla and the surprise before launch.

I fully expect at least one DLC pack with some civs, leaders & maps/scenarios in time for the Christmas sales period. Gotta stuff those Christmas stockings ya know!

What is a "hidden" civ? :p

It's a concept deeply rooted in wishful thinking. Quite powerful, really.

Seriously, I doubt they are going to surprise the community with a 19th civ in the base game, or 20th civ, counting Aztecs (although I suspect Aztecs are structured as a free DLC (delayed 90 days if you don't pre-order) rather than base game content that gets "unlocked" somehow). If they are working on Poland, I suspect it will be a DLC civ, but whether or not it will be a free DLC is anyone's guess.

Wasn't Mongolia released as a free DLC on launch for Civ V?

Maybe....that'll Poland

I honestly don't get Poland as a launch civ. If we're going to add more Euro civs, I'd much rather add actual world power players like the Dutch and Portugal. Even if we want another civ around Eastern Europe, there are much better options like Turkey or Austria. Not to mention the numerous world civs (including Persia, Mongolia, and Inca) that would make seemingly necessary additions while diversifying the roster.
