Where to buy CIV V?

I notice that both Amazon.com and Direct2Drive.com are each offering CIV V for about $ 50.00 on the same date. The former sends a disk and the latter allows a digital download.

Which is the best place to buy this game and what are your reasons?

Honestly right now I would say wait and see, due to the numerous versions and preorder bonuses. Direct2Drive has a special edition that promises free stuff, there's the Steam Deluxe Edition, Amazon has their own preorder bonus, etc. (and some of this stuff emerged within the last week or so). I'm personally not bothering to preorder until September.
