Removing swamp and working sugar is gonna take forever otherwise.

why? it's by the ocean for ocean trade routes and buildings. It's by a river for river buildings and it's by a mountain so you get an observatory (+50% science) and build machu picchu if you want.

you also won't need to wait for a worker to connect a luxury since sugar will be auto-connected.

Can I just add, that is one of the sexiest starts I have ever seen. A casual seven luxuries and a river+coast+mountain, no big deal
