Where's Flash?

I've been interested in Flash movies and games created by artists online and I would like to learn to use Flash, but I've hit a slight roadblock...

I can't seem to find the program.

I know this can probably be found online, but I'd like to buy the Flash program from a store rather then from Ebay, and I just haven't been able to find it. Is this a program that is exclusively online, or is there a store that I can get this from?

Check adobe.com, if you buy it from them, you can choose to have them ship the product to you.
