which civ2 game to get?

i see there 3 version of civ2..which one is the best one to get?

1) original civ2
2) test of time
3) civ2 multiplayer gold

This depends on who you ask, but there is a patch on this site that allows you to convert between original and MGE (Multiplayer Gold Edition), so I'd suggest either of those.
