Dear other modding fanatics,

Which Civ4 Wiki do you use? Which is the most accurate/complete/up-to-date? Is there one sponsored/hosted by CF itself?

Currently I'm using civ4.wikidot.com, but there's a lot of wrong and missing information there. Civ4.wikia.com seems to be even worse.

I'm interested mostly in complete and accurate documentation on XML files. I guess there's a lot of stuff in the forums already? If I do decide to collect that stuff and add it to a wiki, I'd like to know which wiki is the most likely to still be around and actively visited in a month or two from now.

Really? No one? What resource do you guys use when you need to look up what a certain XML attribute does?

Search function on CFC. I don't know of any good wiki's but there hasn't been anything I couldn't find on civfanatics. Granted it's less organized than a wiki,

Honestly, most the stuff in the XML is self explanatory, like iAIWeight, just to name one. Most of it resembles english enough that if you look around and read it, you'll figure it out. If its something that I'm not sure of I'll change the numbers around and see what happens, though it could take awhile until you get more familiar with the XML.

I use the Search Function on CFC too. Most threads are for only one xml element, but some cover groups of them. Too bad these forums don't have an option for a wiki post (e.g. slickdeals forums)

I use the wikidot one. It may not be perfect, or as complete as the old one I always hear about (what happened to all that data?!!), but this page has saved me countless hours of trial and error. Of course searching this forum has also provided a lot of help as well.
