Which leader will you play as first?

Spain on a low difficulty. Intrigued by religious victory, would have gone Kongo or India but I'd like to learn more about the religion dynamics before trying one of the "wonkier" civs. This could change if Arabia has something interesting.

At this Current time it is Germany or Rome. Looking for a "Generic" Civ to Start. Probably Rome. The only thing you really have to is Settle Cities, everything else is up to you

Catherine de Medicis... my patriotic side brings me to always start my first game of Civ as France. After that I'll probably play mostly random.

Straight to Spain once I feel comfortable with the new religious game.

I'll go random, but if I would choose, I would start with Greece.
I think the civ I played most (and my first CiV and cIV games, can't remember for I-III) is Arabia, so I might just not go random and pick them if they are too awesome to not play right away.

I think i'll play as Rome first and found lots of cities, like 4 in the Ancient Era alone. Then maybe 8-9 in the Classical Era; I want to be the anti Civ V.

Though their free roads UA is very good, I don't want to get used to it because when I play as other Civ's i'll have to set up a Caravan to get the road started.

I have only played a few domination victories in Civ V and most of them involved taking coastal cities with strong navies. However, I have this weird desire to play as the Aztecs.

Scythians. I was overjoyed when I noticed they were included. Just wanna roam the steppes and destroy everybody in sight. (Logically, my first starting place will be somewhere in the middle of Alps - but that can be helped.)

my first game will be as any civ against Kongo on a deity duel map so I can win an extremely easy religious victory... just to say i beat deity first
