It was made in 1970. It had a seqeul. The main actors are both Italian, but they are known from their "English" names.

I haven't seen those two movies, so I'm not sure what hints are good or not.

EDIT : And this was the first picture that came in Google images, so I'm not 100% sure it's from the right movie (right actor, though).

The actor is Will Ferrell? Certainly looks like him. Don't know more than that though.
