Which patch for base civ4 & warlords & bts?

Some years ago I played Civ4. Now I purchased a "warlords & beyond the sword" set ...

Of course I want to play all features in one game. BUT: Which patch(s) shall I use for a fresh installation?

Civ4Patch1.74_Final and then
Civ4WarlordsPatch2.13 and then
Civ4BeyondTheSwordPatch3.19

or just the latest?? (Civ4BeyondTheSwordPatch3.19)
will this update Warlords?

I have to ask, because sometimes games are picky with patches like hell.

Only the last one.
Base version will get patched when you install warlords, warlords will get patched when you install BtS. Just update BtS then.
