Which patch?

Just installed "Civilization complete" which is supposed to include civ3. PTW, and Conquests. Although it seems the only game to play is Conquests. Anyway, could some one let me know which of the several patches I should install.

I had been playing PTW but when I got a new system I was unable to install the old PTW. It seems I lost the Civ3 CD which was needed to install the "expansion" PTW. So I bit the bullet and went for Conquests.

When you install Civ3 Complete, it comes with all the patches - even for Vanilla and PTW. You're good to go.
