Which version has the World Shield Wonder?!?!

Hey all,

Just wanted to know which version of Civ has the city shield and the world shield wonder along with the tunnels that go thru the water as a mode of transport...i remember playing it a while ago and i think it was a part of Civ 3, but i cant figure out which version or whether it was a mod pack or something...if anyone remembers please reply on this thread...

I don't know which version it is, but it's not Civ 3.

It's not in Civ3 or 4. It might be in some unusual mod. I haven't heard of it in 5 or 2 but don't know those games very well.

Its not in 5 either.

I'm guessing Civ2, cause its the one I'm least knowledgeable about.
