Governor doesn't know what he's doing. He will use entertainers that are unnecessary, and he often wastes shields by putting cities at wierd spt like 13, which doesn't building anything neatly except maybe cannons.

I am convinced this is your(dannergreg) idea of a running joke. Bravo if it is. We have not had such a good laugh sense the FPS thread, although Aussie's thread on treating culture like units in culture flip combat was close.
