Who are the high council and why are they all whities?

Questions...

Who are the actors for the high council? Was their 'acting' in civ 2 a springboard for great acting careers? Or is 'Silence vile merchant' just a party trick?

Do they actually play the game, and why are they all white?

So, as you can see there, they didn't exactly have successful acting careers.

No idea whether they played the game. And they were probably white because just about everyone working at Microprose was white, because the majority of the target audience is white and because, um, maybe they were just the best during the auditions... Yeah, I don't know that either.

Methinks he was referring to Civ III, where Sid is the science advisor.

My favorite Civ II advisor? Well, I'm not a fan of Elvis nor the trade advisor. The science guy is kind of meh. Either the military or the foreign...

The military advisor (but not the modern one). He always cracks me up.

I always thought that the foreign advisor looked like she had some Asian in her?
