Why are there no Domination Dedications?

I've found it strangely missing from R&F (maybe it's in GS) but there are no dedication bonuses related to domination.

Any one else feel there should be a Dedication bonus with a domination theme?

What about To Arms? During Golden Age all warmongering penalties reduced by 75%, +15% for military units production and war can be declared immediately after denouncing? It's just for that purpose.

GS has Automaton Warfare - during Golden age gives you a free GDR and 3 uranium to support it.

When is To Arms available?

Industrial to Information eras

See why are there not any before then? Like something called 'Rite of Conquest' and would be on par with other Classical Era dedication bonuses.

Before those eras come, warfare hardly needs any more encouragement. Warmonger penalties are absent or low, basic units are cheap to mass-build with appropriate cards, and besides, you have to expand and meet people before starting to plot their demise. War encouragement is needed later, when WM penalties become too high.

Although you can argue, that Free Inquiry during Golden Classical and Medieval are somewhat geared towards Dom too, because boosted eurekas and science from Comm Hubs and Harbours let you reach critical military techs faster.
Reform the Coinage can cover Golden Renaissance in this respect, as it will help to get cash to upgrade all your troops.

There’s also a few more in the late game good for domination. Sky and stars can give better aircraft and there’s one in GS that can give you a free giant death robot (automaton warfare).

I think maybe the point is why isn't there a dedication that earns era score from warmongering? To Arms gives score for killing corps and Armies, Hic Sunt Dracones will give score for killing non-barbarian naval units, before that you might get era score by triggering certain eurekas and inspirations building units and killing units with two early dedications.

There are a decent number of Historic moments for early dom. I usually get Killing units with a great general and Admirals and kill veteran enemy units and I would be surprised if people are warmongering and not getting them.

Because this...

The whole game has a domination theme if you ask me

You also already get golden age points for combat things like taking out a barb camp and wiping out a rival civ.
and...

To summarize, the reason seems to me to be because there is little need for it.

Yeah, I agree with the above, it's just not explicit. There are a good amount of eurekas for Free Inquiry or inspirations for Pen,Brush,Voice that revolve around warmongering like building enough of a certain unit or killing with a certain unit that one of those would be the preference when warmongering before To Arms comes along.
